"Piedmont Classic" Asheville, NC - June 2005
Our Piedmont Show was a success! Our trainer gave a magnificent demonstration riding our stallion Rojo Resorte, at the "Dinner in the DIrt" which included horse exhibitions. It was exciting to see the horses perform up close while dining in the arena. We had a big group cheering our farm!

This was our local show. It was held at the Jefferson county fairgrounds. It was a big family event. Our horses did really well. We even had "new" riders (Bela, who is 6 years old; and Miguel who is only 3 years old!) We had a party at our farm some days before the show too. Really good competition and camaradery. We also had our own "Dinner in the Dirt" on Saturday night.
Esmeralda de Tolima, Owned by Steve Burgess, earned the "Best of the West" award. This award is very exciting as is a vote from participants and spectators at the show.

Our Open House was really successful. Everyone got to ride our horses and enjoyed the great food. Some of our horses for sale got new homes!

Our participation at this show was GREAT. Our horses took a lot of blue ribbons! We had a great time with our customers and friends.
